Crow Construction Celebrates Opening of Neighborhood Beer Co.

(Exeter, N.H.) — October 1, 2015    After months of anticipation, the  Neighborhood Beer Co. held a ribbon cutting ceremony marking the opening of the 4,000 sq. ft. brew house, fermentation cellar and public tap room. Crow Construction renovated the industrial space, located at 156 Epping Road, Exeter, to house the production of authentic German-style beers under the direction of master-brewer Horst Dornbusch (pictured touring the facility) and owner/brewer Joe Berwanger. Horst Dornbusch of Neighbood Beer Co. Built by Crow Construction Corp.Brewing equipment occupies a 1,500 sq. ft. area.  The facility features a high-end water filtration system that treats incoming water throughout the entire brewery and an innovative, patent-pending wastewater removal system. A 1,000 sq. ft. brick-walled tasting room seats up to 50.
