Crow Construction Corp. led the team on this Design/Build project. Designed as a $6 million project, Crow Construction Corp. was required to build it with a $4.2 million budget. The project came in on time and under budget. Excess funds were returned to the town coffers.

Crow Construction Corp. built this turn-key project while working closely with the Stratham Planning Board to ensure the building’s exterior conform with town requirements to resemble a colonial structure. The building site itself was a challenge: where CVS stands today was a fire pond.

Crow Family Serves up BBQ Chix at NH’s Stratham Fair
This year marks the 44th annual Chicken BBQ Fundraiser run by the Crow Family of Stratham. Three generations will participate in grilling and running the concession, along with family friends, Sunday, July 24 at 11 a.m. at the dining tent on the fair grounds. All proceeds benefit the Stratham Volunteer Fire Department.

As general contractor, Crow Construction Corp. worked closely with the design firm, library’s board of directors and staff to remodel and expand the town’s existing library located within a former elementary school building, c.1951. This was a two-stage project, spanning an 18 month period, to ensure daily operations would ensue without disruption.

As the Design/Build contractor, Crow Construction Corp. created high-end office suites, featuring first-class finishes. The expansive distribution center, built with 30 ft. ceilings, features a state-of-the-art, automatically-controlled HVAC environment. Crow also built a large, stamped-concrete patio to enable employees to enjoy the outdoors during break time.
