48,000 sq. ft. Mixed Use Industrial Facility, Stratham, N.H. As the general contractor, Crow Construction Corp. renovated an existing facility for multi-tenant occupancy. Itaconix occupies 24,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing area, 9,000 sq/ft of office space, and 2,000 sq. ft. chemical laboratory with two advanced fume hoods to protect lab workers from flammable and/or toxic chemicals. The building has energy efficient, deluxe office and state-of-the-art warehouse space. Michael J. Keane Architects was project designer.
As general contractor, Crow Construction Corp. renovated a former Rite Aid location in Dover, NH, into an energy efficient, modern, multi-tenant building with anchor tenant Kennebunk Savings Bank. The construction schedule was rigorous: framing to finish in 60 days, including 2 weeks with round-the-clock shifts. All deadlines met; project completed on time and within budget. CVS, Stratham, N.H.
Crow Construction Corp. built this turn-key project while working closely with the Stratham Planning Board to ensure the building’s exterior conform with town requirements to resemble a colonial structure. The building site itself was a challenge: where CVS stands today was a fire pond.
(Stratham, NH) — October 23, 2014 Crow Construction Corp. has been hired as general contractor by Kennebunk Savings Bank to renovate a two-story, century-old brick building in Newmarket, NH. This building will house a new Kennebunk Savings Bank branch. While maintaining the historic integrity of this Main Street building, Crow Construction will completely renovate the interior; install a new roof and new customer drive-through including a hi-tech service lane. The grand opening of this 3,000 sq. ft. branch is scheduled for early 2015.

Neighborhood Beer Company produces authentic German-style beers under the direction of internationally-renown, master-brewer Horst Dornbusch and owner/brewer Joe Berwanger. Brewing equipment occupies a 1,500 sq. ft. area; the tasting room is 1,000 sq. ft. Construction is expected to by completed in 2015.

Each year, family and friends come together to put on this fundraiser. Dan Crow served as chief grilling supervisor, continuing the tradition his late father, Dwight.
